When will my VPS/VDS be activated?

Activation is handled manually after payment and any required checks. Check the delivery information for your selected plan, or contact us before ordering if you need activation by a specific time.

Where will my VPS/VDS be located?

The location depends on your selected plan. GeoAlbania services use Albanian-geolocated IP addresses on infrastructure physically outside Albania. IP geolocation results can vary between databases. Contact us before ordering if you require a specific physical location.

Can I choose the operating system?

Choose from the operating systems available for your selected service. If you need a particular version or Windows, contact us before ordering to confirm availability and any licensing costs.

Can I upgrade my plan later?

Upgrades can be arranged manually through support, subject to availability. Tell us which plan you would like. We will confirm the cost and issue an invoice, then arrange the upgrade after payment. A restart is required.

Is server management included?

VPS and VDS services are unmanaged. You are responsible for operating system updates, applications, security and backups. Our team assists with issues affecting the underlying infrastructure and network.

What is the refund policy?

VPS/VDS services have a three-day refund window, subject to the eligibility conditions in our Terms of Service. Eligible cryptocurrency refunds are issued as account credit. Contact support to request a review.
